Brilliant, we only stayed one night but it was perfect. Great communication, easy access, lovely room, tea coffee, great shower and towels. Centrally located with an excellent continental breakfast . Well done Townhouse, that's definitely how to do it. Extra mention for the Thai restaurant opposite, fantastic.
Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It’s so quiet and lovely and has everything you need. I loved the “apartment” feel aspect to it, I felt so at home. I highly suggest room #9 with its vaulted ceilings, view is the water, and gorgeous interior. The staff were polite and so helpful but not overly present. Honestly I did not want to leave.
My wife booked a room at the Hebden Townhouse for a night away together to celebrate my birthday, and we really couldn’t recommend this place enough! We arrived at sunset on a cold November afternoon, and from the moment we opened the front door, it immediately felt warm and welcoming. We stayed in room 6, and it was immaculate. Firstly the decor was beautiful. It was simple but classy. We have stayed in a lot of nice hotels, but this one instantly felt homely. There are independently controlled radiators in the bathroom, dressing room and main room - so we were warm and cosy throughout our stay. Each room has fast free WiFi, a large smart TV, and a well stocked refreshment tray - tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. You can also pop downstairs to the fridge if you prefer fresh milk instead of the long life milk on the tray. You can also help yourself to fresh fruit and pastries. There are plenty of towels, and extra bedding & blankets should you need them (but trust me - you won’t!). All amenities included - access to an iron & ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, plenty of usb/usbc plug sockets, mirrors etc. Lovely bathroom with a hot power-shower and a heated towel rail. Breakfast was stunning! Served from 7:30am, we were first downstairs and greeted by the lovely lady who offered us a freshly made hot drink. My wife had a decaffeinated coffee while I went for a pot of tea. For a continental breakfast, the choice was vast and varied. It was very impressive, and needless to say, both of us had very full bellies after a beautiful fresh and healthy breakfast. The staff were brilliant too. They couldn’t do enough to help - don’t forget to leave them a well deserved tip :) Needless to say, we will definitely be returning for another stay. Hopefully for a couple of nights next time.
We stayed at Hebdon Townhouse on our way to Glasgow. From the minute we arrived we knew we had chosen well. The entrance hall smelled divine! The decor was really modern. The rooms are very well presented & finished to a high standard. The bathrooms look brand new too. The mattress was also super comfy. We had a room facing the pub across the road. The noise didn’t really bother us because we were tired from walking & we live in London so it was no noise by comparison! The breakfast was lovely too. Lots of choice. Even had marmite! Lots of lovely walks nearby & you are close to restaurants bars & shops in the town. The pub called vocation was fab. Only slight difficulty was parking. But we eventually found the train station car park which was reasonable for our stay & only a few minutes walk. We only stayed one night at hebdon townhouse. Wish we’d stayed longer, would highly recommend 👍
Had a great short stay at Hebden Townhouse. Comfortable, quiet and spacious room on the top floor, lovely bathroom and great continental breakfast. Thanks for hosting us for our quick visit to the town!
