The Smithery Bed & Breakfast

A super place to stay,right in the heart of Hebden Bridge. We had a very warm friendly welcome from Andrew the owner. The room was perfect comfy bed, tea/coffee etc. And what better way to start the day with a hearty tasty breakfast overlooking the Rochdale canal. A perfect place to stay when visiting Hebden Bridge

Andrew is a fantastic host, excellent place to stay and in a perfect position for getting out and about in Hebden Bridge. Lovely rooms and a great full breakfast, veggie for myself, in the morning. The wife thoroughly enjoyed her suprise visit to Hebden Bridge, we would definitely recommend staying and hopefully be back ourselves ☺️

Stayed at Andrew's B+B for one night to see a concert at The Trades Club. Andrew is such a nice and welcoming host, everything was uncomplicated and easy. Beautiful and cosy rooms and lounge, full english breakfast in the morning. Perfect location for exploring Hebden Bridge. Thank you, Andrew!

Absolutely perfect! We arrived and were welcomed by Andrew who showed us to our room which looks over the canal and park. Andrew gave us a brief tour of the property, asked our breakfast preferences and left us to it. We had an amazing night's sleep woken only by the ducks outside, had a lovely shower with all the amenities we needed and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. The Smithery is located very conveniently only a short walk from the station or the town centre. Andrew was a fantastic host, friendly and welcoming and super helpful, but also left us to enjoy our getaway. I wholeheartedly would recommend The Smithery with Andrew for anyone visiting Hebden Bridge.

The Smithery is a wonderful place to stay while you are in West Yorkshire. The accommodations are first rate with cozy clean rooms. The view outside my window was breathtaking. The breakfast that Andrew (the owner) made me each morning was outstanding. Andrew was also a delight with his knowledge of the area. The Smithery is located within a few minutes walk of the train station and was easy to find. Andrew met me at the door and gave me a tour of the place. Hebden Bridge is also a delightful town to wander around. I had absolutely no complaints about my visit and will definitely go back.
