I regularly travel to Heckmondwike & with the prayer times changing for winter I found myself looking for somewhere to pray. This masjid is conveniently located on High Street and whilst I parked some distance away, I believe the masjid does have some parking to the rear. Inside the masjid is well kept, clean and tastefully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised at seeing plants located throughout the mosque which gave it a welcoming atmosphere. May Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) allow the masjid to be utilised by the local & wider community & reward the founder(s) for their efforts. May they also be rewarded for choosing to name the Masjid after Hazrat Ali Radiyallahu Anhu, the 4th Caliph & a great Sahabi. Ameen. I did not use the ablution facilities on this occasion but given the general appearance of the masjid, I am confident they would be well maintained.

Not a Shia mosque FYI. Very nice and clean. Some off-street parking nearby. Women (entrance around back for women) and men prayer facilities. Teach Quran and Sunnah.
