Order from here a lot this time was the Donner meat and chips and last time being a pepperoni pizza with peppers. Always great service and very rarely a problem. Only four stars because of the small portion you now get of chips with the burgers and also a small portion of donner whe you order it with chips compared to many years ago. But I get it money and prices rising but if somebody is expecting a lot I'd up your size if you can. They have delicious food and the people on the phone are very helpful polite. So over all a wonderful takeaway just be aware you might not get a large portion like from other places for your money but it's cheap and cheerful enough to just add extra sides. The food is very tasty and never undercooked from my experience. My family also has curry and other things from here and they've never complained either.
Had a palak aloo, meat masala naan roti fried potatoes and popadoms. Curry’s where very very nice and of restaurant quality. Naan was quite fluffy and soft. Popadoms where a huge let down as they had green cardamons in them but far too much and the strength of the flavour just ruined them. The staff working there where friendly. The shop was nothing fancy just plain and simple. Slightly out of date. Would definitely return.
Tonight I had the Express Kebab on Naan and it did not disappoint. The meat was all really tasty and the naan was soft and fresh. Would definitely recommend.
Never had problems with this place before but had a chicken tikka madras last night and it gave me chronic food poisoning, was up all night throwing my guts up, I wouldnt want anyone else getting that especially not kids, be wary. It's a shame because they normally do decent food
My girlfriend and I order Indian cuisine every week from various restaurants and takeaways, tonight we ordered from Tandoori Express and we were totally shocked by the poor standard of food, completely cold on arrival, the standard of food was shocking! I have had much better Indian food from Aldi. Please don’t waste your money ordering from this takeaway…. We contacted the takeaway and told them, the said “it’s nothing to do with us, contact Just Eat” Totally disgusting food which all got put in the bin! £37.00 worth of rubbish
