I visited a barber shop with high hopes after reading positive reviews online, however, I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service. The haircut I received was done poorly and unevenly. Upon pointing this out to the barber, I was met with a dismissive response implying that my hair was the issue, not their work. I found this to be quite offensive. Despite my disappointment, I chose to remain silent, paid for the service, and made the decision to never return. I would advise against being swayed by their seemingly flawless 5-star reviews, as I suspect they may not be genuine.

disappointing experience almost everytime. went in and asked for a particular cut, they did it wrong. then showed a video, and still ended up not getting the correct cut. how can a taper fade not have any sort of fade in the end product? went and asked if they’d fade it properly, they start shouting and swearing at us saying my partner was in the wrong for not showing a video right at the start.

Great barbers. The staff are always polite and welcoming. They do a brilliant job every time, I would recommend to everyone

I have been coming to these guys for the last 10 years. Always efficient, always friendly and always a quality trim. As a mixed race guy it’s hard to find a barbers who know how to properly cut my hair. These guys are experts. You know it’s good when you recommend to 3 friends and they all now won’t go elsewhere. Thank you always gents.
