My second time visiting bows to get my nails done and this place has definitely become my new go to nail salon. Poppy is so attentive and talented. Thank you for always doing my nails to perfection - hopefully see you next month for those autumn nails💅🏻

Ive just moved into a different area and needed a new nail girl. My nails are very weak so it was Important for me to find the right place, I needed them looking after properly. After a bad experience at another salon I came across this shop and tried again. I’m so glad I did, Poppy is amazing, she advised me on what we needed to do and was really gentle with removing the previous job. I’m so happy with them now, they look and feel so much better already. I would 100% recommend.

Manager booked me in for wrong appointment, however the girl who did my nails was lovely and understood what had happened. although i love the design the shape and length isnt what i asked for nothing against the woman who did them. overall it is a beautiful shop and customer service is good x

I've had lots of manicures and pedicures,always left feeling disappointed BUT NOT THIS TIME. Poppy was amazing,very patient (my feet were unloved) and my feet can now be admired in public instead of scaring them. My nails are well treated and a solution was found to the no colour rule at work. Was a treat from a friend who is equally impressed by her treatments. We have already booked a return visit.

Manicure booked on 01/05 with Polly at 3pm. I had an appointment booked to treat myself before the arrival of my baby, however I went into labour early and unfortunately could not make my appointment or ring up to cancel due to the circumstances. I rang up to explain what had happened, hoping that there would be goodwill in providing a refund or even rescheduling my appointment. None were offered, and not even a congratulations was said - quite disappointing as I heard good things about this place and has deterred me ever booking here again.
