Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a car here in January and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. • I was not provided with the V5C on purchase. I was told it would be posted, then later told it was “lost” and they’d send off for another. Months later, nothing arrived, and I was told it was now my problem – meaning I had to pay for a replacement myself. • I was assured the car would be valeted and the clutch tightened before collection. Neither of these were done. • Fast forward to September: I took the car for its MOT and the garage was horrified by the condition it was in. They showed me the parts – the anti-roll bar bracket was broken, which meant I could have lost my wheels at any time. I’ve been driving my small child around in this car daily – the fact this was sold in such a dangerous condition is shocking. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly have no regard for safety. It feels like they only care about taking your money and washing their hands of any responsibility. ⚠️ Please do not risk buying from this garage. I have been massively let down and put in real danger.

I enquired about a white Astra being advertised on auto trader by “car market Yorkshire”. I rang the seller and said I was interested in buying the vehicle and wanted to come and view it a few days later. I was told I could reserve the car for a deposit of £200, I was told was refundable if I decided I did not want the car. I paid the deposit and was then given the address which comes back to this garage. Unfortunately due to other financial commitments I was no longer in a position to buy the car and informed the seller. Since then all my messages are read and ignored and my calls forwarded to voicemail. It is evident they never had any intention of refunding this deposit. I’m now £200 down whilst having other financial priorities that I am now struggling to pay. This dealer has no integrity and I would warn any person considering buying a car from them to look elsewhere. No wonder the trading name on auto trader is different from the garage name looking at the other reviews.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a car from them a few years ago, and within weeks it developed major faults. When I returned to seek a resolution, they offered no assistance, repeatedly avoided me, and ignored both my letters and the small-claims court orders. Although the court ruled in my favor, they clearly had enough experience with similar cases to find a way to avoid paying me back. To the director (S.A.) and his brother - shame on you and what goes around comes around.

Bought a car at the start of May. Traveling from Scotland to buy it. Car was a 5k car. Drive home to Scotland and on the second day car developed a fault. 30 day warranty with the car so called and asked how to sort it out. Owner told me to take it to a local garage and see whats what and call him back. There is no warranty guys. Sold as seen. To be fair. You can't expect much else. Second hand cars will develop faults. Amd if your buying a 10+ year old car (probably for a good price) be prepared to have to spend a few £ on it. .before you buy. Take someone with you or pay the AA to check over car. (I had to pay 500 to get it sorted. ) BUT they sold me a 6k car for 5k. Good luck guys! Happy driving.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. DO NOT BUY. Bought a car that had issues with the gearbox after 3 days into the warranty. After sending them the invoice of the cost to get it fixed, they blocked me AND my partner from all contact with them and the garage. This issue is now costing me £1,700. I will be taking them to small claims court. DO NOT BUY
