Spoke to receptionist Sarah today, she's one of the really pleasant ones to deal with very caring and sweet. Don't feel anxious speaking to her, good Drs Adnan Jabbar, Dr Ibrar, Dr Maria all of these guys have very good manners, and humble. Really well take care of you.

The latest reviews below are inaccurate. Please do not use these two reviews to make a decision about Cook Lane Surgery. Whilst we are happy to receive reviews( good or bad) the whole scenario was not relayed in either of these reviews. Both reviews are negative because the people in question did not allow us to make things right. Whilst we understand patients can become frustrated, they must allow us to rectify. K.M hasn't mentioned that he was unreasonable, abusive and aggressive to said member of staff and removed from the practice list. I wonder if his comment about all the practices in the area is a reflection on his own unreasonable expectations of the NHS and perhaps not one surgery will be good enough to meet his demands? L.H hasn't mentioned that we asked her to book an appt on the day that suited her and she chose to leave it 3 weeks before getting in touch. I have tried to reply to both reviews but unable. Our real reviews are on NHS Choices where we having glowing results. 84% of our patients recommend us and 91% are delighted with our reception staff. It is a real shame that patients who like to get things off their chest get the limelight. We are very proud of all our hard working staff who face abuse and aggression on a daily basis. Perhaps if people weren't so quick to vent to write negativity and allow us to reply, we would come to a resolution before negative comments are posted. Management, Cook Lane Surgery.

I waited 30min for my baby to be seen but they didn’t call us in even got late for next appointment because of them and they sent message that I wasn’t available. Really disappointed from there behaviour

I am very unhappy with this place. The receptionist is a awful woman, she talks to you like your in kindergarten ! And trying to get a DOCTOR , she called it a CLINITION !! is almost impossible. I phoned today not expecting to be seen but I thought at least they could put me in tomorrow. ? But no , she said the earliest would be a WEEK TOMORROW !! Now I understand that the NHS is completely BROKEN !!! I unfortunately find all the practices near me are the same . So now if I really need to see a doctor do I wait , or do I go to hospital ?

I couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks and when I did,the GP made me feel worse, shouting at me once.They thought I was making things up.I have now moved surgery. Terrible place
