Always impressed with their ability to offer options and solutions. Been with Williams’ for over a decade. In that time I’ve had excellent service, sound advice and outstanding workmanship. My son uses them as a new driver.

James is the best Mechanic around, keeps my old Porsche ticking over wonderfully. Fantastic service, couldn't recommend enough, although make sure to ring and book well in advance as being this good means they're always busy! As mentioned in a few other reviews, James is always happy to work a solution out that works best for you, like rebuilding a failed steering rack rather than just replacing it with a new one which is exactly what the main dealer would have done. id rather my money go to a family run business in the form of labour charges rather than just buying brand new parts when the old ones are perfectly serviceable with just a bit of elbow grease applied... Thank you again James (especially for the beers!)

My experience with James and the team is excellent everytime. His attention to detail and knowledge provides confidence in leaving your vehicle with Williams Automotive. Issues are diagnosed and a practical method of approach is always used with sound advice to follow. It's the sound choice when looking to have repair or maintenance work done.

Would recommend. Went there this week - took car in for a service, MOT, and also to look at a drivetrain problem I was having that was making the car stall. He did the job lot, including ordering in parts, and also doing rear brake disk and pads and a shocker all in one day, got it passed through MOT and sorted. Sound job.

Recommended this garage by work colleagues and have been really impressed. Small Family run business, so good to support, and honest reliable service and good customer service. Able to be flexible, very helpful and always checks what you want to do if work required. I have had MOT and service done here for a couple of years now, and a bit of usual regular maintenance/ replacement work. Really trust what they say and do, and I think that’s really important, keeps me on the road safe and feeling secure.
