Response to their response - just excuses after excuses and lies. At the end of the day, if you don't want to have clients, just say no to new clients. And YES, you blocked me and deleted my review from your FB page but you can't edit Google that easily :) And what I said to you after you leaving the bleach on to the point that my face started to turn red is that I NEVER HAD a reaction to bleach before. And it definitely didn't leave my hair in great condition :( This salon is basic, but as she had such good reviews(assuming now she deleted the bad ones) I came here as my regular salon used a vivid colour which washed out too quickly. And considering it costs around £120 to get this, you want value for your money. First of all Jade seemed very nice and approachable, she showed me (the quite limited) colour choices she had in the vivid range and booked me in for the redo. On my appointment she advised it was best to fully bleach my hair which I didn't appreciate as I believe she left in on too long (I needed to ask her to wash it off asap as my face turned red etc). Anyway the colours were great and I rebooked for a second visit in 6 weeks. One day prior my appointment she texted me saying one of the colours she needed to do my hair was out of stock and she will message me to reschedule. Long story short, I kept messaging her, calling her etc but heard nothing about WHEN I could reschedule for just to sit tight. I had enough after 3 weeks and went to another salon - where (surprisingly - they could get that EXACT colour the next day after my skin test). She is the worst hairdresser and business owner I have ever met! PS.:I will post this on your Google page where you can't delete it from

Excellent services and wonderful atmosphere. I took my daughter for a trim, shampoo and blow dry. Wonderful, she's so happy with her hair. Everyone's given positive comments, it's been just the boost she needed. Thank you so much ladies, what lovely experience.

Absolutely amazing staff. First time I had a 2 tone in my hair and was a bit worried about the results. But jade gave me options on what would be best to do as my hair is extremely dark long and thick and really hard to maintain, especially when being a very busy mum. Jade was so easy to talk to and she knew what I wanted, to say that I'm over the moon with how my hair has turned out is a bit of an understatement I'm Absolutely love it. I will not go anywhere else now. I felt so relaxed and calm and I wasent being rushed out of the door. Jade has always got time for her clients and a very strong listening ear. Thank you so much hunny your the best that I've had to do my hair and get it how I want.

Jade did mine, my 3 daughters, mother of the groom and maid of honours hair on my wedding day and I honestly could not have asked for better service. Jade was on time, polite, friendly and efficient she even helped me with the kids dresses and suits off of her own back. My hair was exactly as I had pictured it even down to the colour which jade had done the week before. Jade is definitely my go to stylist now and I’m looking forward to my appointment on Friday for a conditioning treatment and pin curls xx

I have had my box braids done at this salon the service was great j felt relaxed and at hone the ladies were amazing. My stylist was Amanda who has done my box braids she was very patient gave me time to have a quick break when I needed she provided me with coffee. And she has done an amazing job it didn't hurt it was absolutely great experience I love my hair I feel amazing.
