I absolutely love my bed. It is well made, looks luxurious and comfortable. The price was very good in comparison to Bensons as was the choice of fabric coverings. Customer service was very good. I opted to pay to have my bed put together on delivery, which was done efficiently by the delivery team, which was appreciated. A family member recommended A & Q beds to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I am very satisfied with my bed.

I ordered 4 beds. 2 were faulty and the pillows were not delivered with the beds. I chased and chased until they finally sent it 6 weeks later. The middle panel broke on one bed and I got it fixed at my own cost. Then the wood on the side panel fell off another bed. I was offered replacement panels which again I chased for. I finally came today but can not be fitted because the fixings are wrong. He said they can come back, I said where will they fix because I don’t want anyone going upstairs in the room because my daughter is autistic and the last time the driver wanted to use the toilet to poo but was insisting he goes upstairs. He then sent me a rude message swearing at me and called me a racist because I told him the driver wanted to poo upstairs even though I offered the toilet downstairs! He then said they will not be coming back and said I complained too much! I will be taking this further! Don’t trust these people!!!

The bed was delivered punctually and arrived in excellent condition, thanks to careful packaging. Assembly was straightforward, aided by clear and concise instructions. Most importantly, the bed came exactly as described and is very comfortable.The materials used appear to be of high quality, and the design complements my bedroom decor well. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable bed.

Beautiful king size bed with an amazing mattress to match. Really happy with purchase I’ve had it a year now and have waited to put my review.

The customer service is great. I had measured my wall wrongly. But they were pretty much helpful in returning the heard-board to the factory and readjust it. The two beds I ordered look incredible, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. I couldn’t recommend enough.
