I’m really happy with the service from this company! From start to finish, everything was amazing. I sent in my wall measurements and where I wanted the plug sockets, and the customer service team called me twice to double-check everything. The bed was delivered right on time, and the guys who set it up were great. They were super polite and even took their shoes off before coming upstairs—didn’t even have to ask! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Here’s my quick rating: Bed Quality10/10 Customer Service10/10 Fitting 10/10 Oh, and the mattress I picked—a 3000 spring with a topper��is just perfect if you like a firm but soft feel. Thank you so much for everything!

From the moment I contacted bonanza beds the communication through whattapp was good, they got back to me prompt with all the queries I had, I asked question after question they answered me quickly and had everything I was asking for at the best price I had from any other bed outlet. I decided to choose these and I think my lucky starrs how truly lovely this divan ottoman super king 70” sleigh headboard footbar (all bespoke made) the quality was one thing I was hesitant about in the beginning I just want sure and fight know wether to trust, I’m so so pleased I did trust the guy when he said honestly the quality is very good, “ What at the cheapest price around, I did doubt but I’m over the moon I couldn’t be happier with this whole bed I brought.
