I was referred by a friend after being let down by another company...upon visiting the store, the man I was referred to took the time to ask further about my physical health (he was notified prior). After telling him my budget, he showed me examples of what would work against what wouldn't be ideal for me. I was then able to choose each aspect of my custom bed, the mattress was the main concern due to my musculoskeletal and pain issues. It took only a week to be delivered and to my surprise, he added another custom aspect, this time to the mattress (different firmness each side)! 😁
No help for staff and poor working conditions. Needs improvement.
