Great library and great customer service. Have had to adapt to virus measures and done so excellently. Staff always friendly and helpful. Wide range of books, always leave with arms full of wonderful, exciting reads. IT facilities, photocopying too. A small library for a small town but provides an excellent service.

I took my Mum for an application for blue badge and the person dealing with it was excellent, the outcome successfull and she explained everything well and suggested a key for the disabled toilets which I'm sure mum will find useful in the future.

Good choice of books and helpful staff but large table and seats taken up by knit and natter group, so only one seat with small table at far end available for people who actually want to borrow books

shocking service members of staff dont seem to know what they are doing. The new machines to pay bills never seem to work. Cant have a private conversation with staff regarding personal council housing matters or other related topics without having to tell everybody else using the facility. The new building and staff just dont function properly. Very poorly operated

Lovely place to browse the books, they have lots of different things going on and the staff are lovely
