Sign of the times when you get uncalled for bad attitudes from two staff members when you question things they apparently don’t do but should be able to do in the 21st century? I wanted to put a reference to a credit card payment but not allowed!🚫 I also wanted a receipt for hundreds of pounds id just paid off my credit card but not allowed!🚫 I would like to use this bank after work 4pm but not allowed!🚫 Paper saving they say when I got asked via my app if i wanted to go back to paper statements or stay digital? I always get tones of letters asking if i wanted to transfer money at certain interest rates? Thats where you can save paper i do not ask for? After asking my customer enquiries which obviously upset the lady’s on leaving i over heard them making derogatory remarks about my relationship status on the way out! Obviously in their relationships their partners are very submissive hence why they assumed i was single because a man in a relationship would not dare to question a female i assume they mean? Why not try and assume i am just a customer asking questions and not get personal and defensive and leave your personal problems at home before you start work!👍

Really nice staff, but the hours are daft. Why not shut one weekday and open on a Saturday morning, like we did in the days before common-sense was outlawed? Most of us don't get home until at least 6pm, FFF! Ok, Hedon's 'rural', but we're not ALL farmers! Update: Xmas Eve, and I've just paid £500+ in CASH into my account. A member of staff I've never met before then blithely announced she would not give me the receipt I always request, and to 'go online' line because the bank are now 'paperless'. When will this fatuous virtue signalling guff ever end? Suffice it to say, it took a full five minutes of 'pointed discussion' before she finally acquiesced and handed over the wretched scrap of paper. Customer service, guys; if my business treated its customers like these we'd have shut down years ago.

Probably a very good branch. Not that I can ever get to it as it's closed on the weekends and open until 3 on a weekday. Absolutley pointless!!!

Being a member for many years would not change not the only bank in the village due to HSBC closing
