I recently sold my property and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Regular updates and feedback at all stages. Friendly team. They also acted as a key holder and managed all viewings which I was very thankful for. A really smooth sale from start to finish, I would highly recommend.

Took a star off because they didn't recommend the solicitors a couple of doors away, however, I rang them and was kept on hold for 30 mins and then cut off!!! Wow what a lot of paper work they want when buying a properly for cash, but they will all be the same as they have to make sure there's no money laundering going on. In order to streemline the process they should consider giving the buyer some forms setting out exactly what are the requirements when buying a property, instead of saying bring a letter in from your husband saying you can use his money and then when said letter is taken in, they say he needs to come in and bring ID. All this shananagins just because the minority spoil it for the majority.

I have used Dennis Estate Agents more than once and each time they have been professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough for both sales and purchases.

The staff were amazing. Polite and open to answering any questions asked. They kept in touch with any information as and when necessary. The brochure looked exciting when we were emailed it and all the information was accurate and photographs fantastic.

Excellent service from Dennis estate agents, they were punctual and professional with all requests for info and their market appraisals were very insightful. Definitely helped us make the right decision on market valuation and the best time to sell. Wholeheartedly recommend.
