Old guy in there has no customer skills at all. Wouldn't give me my parcel unless I provided him with a passport or my bank details (which wasn't necessary, only photo ID needed) which was provided, I even showed him the email from evri. He wanted my mum to open her banking app the other day, worrying to say the least and an email will be sent to Evri. Frustrating this guy is bringing down the stores reputation. Won't be using again anytime soon.
