Saw a review saying “ I’ve never experienced any untidiness or seen any evidence that the play area is not up to hygiene standards” she posted a pic of her kids in the ball pool & in the picture you can clearly see how disgusting the balls are. I complained about a month ago when I was told the place is professionally cleaned twice a month. I asked when the cleaners come but the girl couldn’t confirm. So I took my boy again to give them another chance because for a 9 month old it’s free so why not. Well I have to say, I am extremely disappointed. Soon after our visit my son came down with a sickness & diarrhoea bug that I can only link to this place due to it being the only place we’ve been. I have attached pictures of the ball pool. They are easily cleaned as I was able to wipe a couple of them. So to say a professional clean is done twice a month is a clear lie.
Found Wacky Warehouse ideal for our Grandchildren it's not to big & you can see them at all times. You can let them go off on there own & fell quite relaxed about it & if they need a little help it only takes a few moments to get to them. It's easy to keep a eye on them all. We have found staff friendly & kids food very good & priced reasonably.
The indoor play area for children is visibly dirty. The ball pool is filthy (balls discoloured with dirt) and there’s dust/ dirt on the play equipment. Cleaning of the equipment, stated in a reply from the team, needs to be improved. Even the funnel for children to talk into is full of dirt, only takes a quick glance to notice this. Food is nice though and a good price for children to play, just wish it wasn’t as dirty.
Always my favourite place food usually excellent not very long waiting and staff are amazing and so friendly well done kingstown
Absolutely had a good laugh my grandson enjoyed himself and the food was good the lady who was running the play area was fantastic really friendly and helpful bar staff was really helpful we had burgers and my grandson had chicken nuggets and everything came really quick. So overall a really good place to let the kids play and just have a quick meal and relax
