Staff are fantastic really helpful and good fun, although the gym is relatively new and the equipment that's here is good, it really really needs a smiths machine and some heavier weights, I think this would attract more athletes and keep them coming back
Great for a swim and I also enjoy the chair and water exercises. The staff are very helpful.
Brilliant pool, go as many times as I can to Aqua fit and I love it, the staff are great, Mike is an amazing instructor with his sidekick lifeguard Mason, the whole lesson is great fun and you don't feel like you're exercising, would highly recommend.
It must be 30 years since I've been here but while visiting family we decided to go swimming. Not much has changed in 30 years. It's not a luxurious sports centre, but it's serves a purpose and is clean. The pool is 25m (it felt a lot bigger when I was learning to swim here as an early teen) and it was manned by a lifeguard.
Nice quiet heated pool. Gym is small, wouldn’t recommend if more than two people are working out at the same time. Overall the building it kept to a high standard, could benefit from a food vending machine.
