I wish I could give less than a star. From where I should start: -Poor service, -waste of time, -waste of money. Emagine chaseing them to join one of the courses that they offer nearly for one year and no thing until this moment. Usual responed is (send email for marketing team and they can help). The big issue that no other place offer this course otherwise I would not even think to contact them or study at this place. Be careful if you are planning to join this college.
Does anyone know what bus to get from Parson Cross I want today with my son in a taxi and need to know what bus to get for when he starts there to do a college course
I feel I should warn other people who are thinking of doing a plumbing course at this college Dont waste your time my son did 2yrs level 1 and level 2 Unhelpful staff right from day one nobody gets back to you if you have a complaint or problem you end up trying to trace management yourselves The last year of level 2 was a shambles and yes tutors knew that Shortage of staff so they put woodworking staff to stand in who new nothing about plumbing Students fell that far behind that when it came to the exam everything was pushed in to six weeks some of the exams were not taken because of this so not surprising only part of level 2 was given We are now still having to trace some of his results that should have been posted to us And guess what nobody getting back to us I feel there has been a lot of cover up over the last year of level 2 and now is paying for youre mistakes through no fault of my sons If ofstead is reading this please please get in touch with me as there is more I would like to discuss 2yrs of wasted time please research and think carefully before doing this course Something needs to be done to give them another chance to gain level 2 It maybe just a job for the tutors but at the end of the day you fail also
