Arbourthorne Tiddlywinks Centre

So grateful for this nursery. My son has attended here for just over a year and they have been nothing but amazing with him as he has special requirements and needs which they more than accommodate for. Nothing is ever too much and they have constantly gone out their way to make me feel so comfortable and provide my son with the best care. We have been invited to face to face catch ups with the nursery to discuss my sons development and attended a lovely coffee cake morning they hosted for the kids and their parents which was so nice and chance to speak to our child’s key worker. Both Amy and Bethany are brilliant and have been the best key workers possible for my boy. Since moving to Tiddlywinks, my son’s development has come and heaps and bounds and I have to thank Tiddlywinks for playing a huge role in that. Thank you all so much, such a hard working team

Tiddlywinks is the best nursery in this area. My two kids have been going to this nursery at age of 2 yrs, until they started their school, they really enjoyed their stay at nursery, very happy to go and play, got really settled very well. Especially the staff is very kind, helpful and very attentive towards the kids and their development.

Both of my boys have been through Tiddlywinks from being 6 months old until they went to school. From a home from home baby room, to the independence building toddler room and finally the foundation room which prepared them for the next chapter. Staff are friendly, welcoming and always willing to help in anyway they can. It's like being part of a big family.

My eldest came from 9 months to 4yrs and loved it here, the staff are so lovely and very thorough especially when comes to the safety and wellbeing of the children. I've brought my second child to Tiddlywinks because I know he will be safe and well looked after here.

Nothing but difficult from the start but the most recent event is making it difficult for me to transfer my child over from them to another provider. It's taken several days worth of nagging and pestering just for them to make it too late. They claim that they're a charity but far from it, they're a none profit organisation. And they claim to have supported me and my child. The only thing I need from them it's for them to take care of my child while I work and this has always proven to be difficult. I've had no choice but to take my child to work with me for the last 2¾ years. I'm now £3,200 down just on the most recent event due to not being able to work. Let alone any other previous jobs I've been turned down due to lack of childcarer provisions
