My local so I'm biased BUT, the owners have done a wonderful job of it. Place looks and feels like a new pin of late. Great pub and great choice on tap. Staff are always on the ball! Must highly recommend the step on the way out, gone for many a trip after a sesh! 🤣 Self inflicted!
We had my husband’s surprise 60th here. Josh was brilliant at helping us arrange it and went out of his way to make it the best night. We had a great time and our guests really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Would recommend for any party or occasion.
It was quiet Not many beers to choose from Pricey
I didn't have food so can't comment on that but the staff are friendly and the drink service was swift. Plenty of people with friendly dogs to pet as well. The bands that were on were definitely too loud but that might have just been an issue for that particular day.
Lovely building recently renovated. Nice back room for hires and bands and very nice front and back outdoor spaces, back being a well equipped playground and family area. Finally very dog friendly with water stations. However, customer service is poor and unfriendly. Frequently arrive at a crowded bar when it’s isn’t busy, or bar staff chatting to friends etc.
