Lovely bar and absolutely brilliant staff, I have being diagnosed with motor neurone disease and moved to this area, the staff and locals in the dead donkey made me feel very welcome and helped me with my drinks and was very welcoming, brilliant bar with a chilled out atmosphere, plus they are dog friendly. P.s a recommend the sausage roll as well. 10/10
Friday early bar and my first visit. I don't want to go home. Think that's an honest assessment of a warm and welcoming place as Autumn literally breezes in. I dare say I shall return. *UPDATE* We have been back a number of times since. A great place for our Abbeydale Road pub crawl!! The Löwenbräu is wonderful.
Can't comment on the food as we only went in for pre-dinner cocktails which were fantastic. Knowledgeable and well trained staff with great cocktail knowledge.
This is a different experience to your normal pub. It's clever. Amazing cocktails and a very welcoming atmosphere. Smashing!
