We had a great experience at bottomless brunch, and Sasha did a really nice job taking care of our table. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were refilled promptly. Our food came out on time and everything was correct. Overall, solid service and a pleasant experience — we’d be happy to come back.

If I was going to be critical about anything, maybe book less brunches at the same time or more staff on the bar as we had quite a wait for drinks but then made up with it by bringing the next round straight away so felt a little overwhelmed (didn’t think that was possible with me 😂😂). However, I would definitely visit again and would also recommend. The food was delicious 🤤 the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was great. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening 😊🫶🏼

We had a baby shower here yesterday afternoon and it was a great venue to have it in. They let us decorate the room how we liked, bar was open and staffed perfectly, we had some technical issues with the TV’s and they were very helpful in helping us to sort this. Deposit was refunded if minimum spend was met but catering can be put towards this, communication with Nicole was great too. Will be visiting again :)

A massive thank you to everyone at Panenka!! The team looking after us for our staff party were incredible and attentive. Great selection of drinks. The food was amazing so big shout out to the chefs! Music was brilliant and overall great atmosphere. We all really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for giving us the best experience!!

An exceptionally poor experience from start to finish. Firstly, the website had a glitch so I couldn’t book. When I turned up I spoke to the lady behind the bar and stated that we wanted to eat. We were told that this was fine and that we were to sit at any table which was not reserved and that did not have cutlery on, which we did. Less than two minutes later we were asked to move as the table had been reserved, despite no signage whatsoever stating so. The male who asked us to move, who assume was some sort of management, was rude and obnoxious in doing so. We asked the same member of staff for a menu (having moved to a different table) and we were told that we couldn’t eat as the venue was “three chefs down” Having had enough, we left (and went to the Wildcard which is my usual go-to). This is such a disappointment as I really wanted to like this place. I do understand new venues experience teething problems but this is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service - for this reason I’ll never come back and I strongly suggest you don’t waste your time in visiting either.
