Great little craft beer place that has some of the best UK brewery’s on tap. The can section is brilliant as well and a simple drink turned into an expensive takeaway. The stout can/bottle selection in particular is great with prices being fair as well. Will likely become a new fave for us.
The BEST bar in Sheffield! Matt (owner) knows his beer. A fantastic range of beer that you won't find anywhere else in Sheffield. Meet the brewer events as well as a quiz night! Always a friendly and warm welcome from the staff. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a lovely little place this is! Lots of choice including 6 taps, 3 double fridges of lovely cans of all types and some shelving units for more stout type beers. There isn't tons of room inside, but it's the kinda place I love as you get to speak to the other customers - which is exactly what I did. Matt who owns the Bear was a great host, very knowledgeable and ensured my glass wasn't empty!
Huge selection off take out orders drink in beers with a varied selection of taps. Matt, the owner, is a welcoming and friendly face and full of beer knowledge to help you choose what to have. There's also wines, soft drinks and spirits so there's something for everyone. Great space for a quiet afternoon drink, or part of an evening crawl down Abbeydale Road. Enjoyed my visits so far and will no doubt make many more!
