Amazing food from Bishop’s Caribbean! The extra large jerk roast chicken was juicy, full of flavour, and stuffed with seasoned rice, peas & sweetcorn. All the sides were spot on, especially the roast potatoes. The portion size easily fed four of us and was the perfect Sunday roast without the cooking. We also ordered fried dumplings as an extra, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Great portions and incredible flavour....Highly recommended!
We had Bishops Caribbean Bistro cater our wedding, and they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the food was exceptional - every single dish was bursting with authentic Caribbean flavor, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh. Our guests are still talking about the meal! The service was just as impressive as the food. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized, helping everything run smoothly on the day. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we and our guests were looked after. If you're looking for top-tier Caribbean catering, we can't recommend Bishops Caribbean Bistro highly enough. They were a key part of what made our day so special.
Ordered the sharer for two for delivery, it was fantastic. Loads of different stuff included. All the meat was SO tender, jerk chicken fell off the bone with tons of flavour, mutton curry was just a great comforting mutton curry! Cabbage was soft, dumplings were fluffy and had a nice sweet crust. Happy food. Will order again, thanks guys!
First time at Bishops and it did not disappoint. Food, service, and prices were all amazing — genuinely top quality. Everything felt spot on from start to finish. Definitely returning.
Ordered a takeaway from here on Sunday night. Got the One Love sharer, which came with a bunch of different dishes, plus the Jerk Chicken loaded fries. This was enough food for three of us plus a few leftovers. Absolutely delicious and pretty good value. Will be coming back soon.
