German Doner Kebab (GDK)

I ordered the Jr Doner Burger Meal from GDK and it was absolutely delicious! The burger was packed with flavor — the meat was juicy, the sauces were perfectly balanced, and the bread was soft and fresh. The portion size was just right, and the fries were crispy and tasty. Everything came hot and well-prepared. The service from Cole was quick and friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely one of the best spots for a quality kebab meal. I’ll be ordering again soon!

Just ordered from here. Wow never again the chips were ice cold. The garlic tub was the size on a 20 pence piece and the kebab this was awful. And awful is a strong word. Do not order from here. I'm actually that pissed off with this order I'll go ask them why they think this is acceptable

I have never given a bad review before, have never had a problem here before, and work in hospitality myself, so this is upsetting at best. I had ordered a chicken doner with flaming fries as usual, went home, then went straight back to the store after opening the box. It looked like I was not given the chicken doner I'm used to seeing, and the fries seemed to be curry instead, which I had explained to the lady who had served me, and gave her my receipt. She looked at both the receipt and the food, seemed confused herself and then asked another employee who then told me the company had changed the product, and so this is what the chicken doner now looks like. No word on the fries, by the way. I walked out then walked back in to ask for a refund within no more than two minutes to explain that I was not comfortable eating the food, which I had not touched for the reason just stated, and ask for a refund. I felt I was polite, and I had apologised multiple times for causing trouble. The lady then went back to the other employee, who asked for my receipt. I explained that I'd just given it to the lady, so she goes to retrieve it, and he looks at the receipt and tells me I cannot have a refund as it had been an hour since I had paid for it. Given it takes me no more than 15 minutes for me to walk home from the store, an hour could not have possibly gone by. The food was not even cold. I could even see the time on the receipt. I did not want to argue, and just said how it had definitely not been an hour and I had clearly not touched the food, but he refused the refund regardless, so I left the food with them. I have no issue with the lady who served me, but the man was unfriendly. I don't intend on going back.
