Absolutely horrible experience! We have ordered regularly from Milano’s and unfortunately on a few occasions we received burnt pizza’s. We let it slide on the basis that it was probably busy and mistakenly done. This is now the fourth or fifth occasion we received burnt pizza’s despite telling them on the phone before placing the order to make sure the pizza’s are cooked properly and not burnt. We will not be ordering from here again.
We (me and my work colleague Dave) order from here most Wednesday nights and have never had a bad experience, the food is very good value and always super tasty. The potato wedges are particularly good!
The potato wedges were perceived to have been sitting for an extended period of time, the chicken was filled with blood, and the burger was not adequately prepared. The positive aspect was the fresh and tasty red chicken, the pizza, which I recall was a prominent feature in the past. However, the current state of the pizza is regrettable. I hope the management will continue to strive for excellence. I wish them all the best. A number of their reviews are done by friends and family i have noticed so people be aware.
Milan’s coming through with the goods for 20 years straight!!
Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Absolutely ridiculous service, ordered food from just eat and when it arrived half of it was missing. I then phoned up to asked where the rest was to be told he would get it to me when he had spoken to the driver to which I accepted. 15 mins later still no food, phoned again to be told I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to arrive. By this my food was stood 30mins annoyed I explained how ridiculous the service was for the guy on the other end of the phone to shout at me being pure nasty. This issue was not my fault to which I went onto to say to him then my other half cams onto the phone and he ended the call. The guy was quick to be rude to a female but not a male? When the food finally arrived (40 mins later) there was no apology from the driver he simply handed the food and walked away. Utterly disgusted and disappointed to say we spend a lot of money here.
