Amir at Altman smith has been beyond exceptional over the years. Nearly a decade of use, and I refuse to use anyone else. Even though I am confident I am a small client for them, they always spend time with me and make me feel like I am not any different to their larger clients. I have been a client of Altman Smith for several years, and found them to always deliver an outstanding service. I have quite complex accounting needs and Altman Smith have supported the growth and expansion of our business over the years, and tailored a robust long term tax planning strategy. I was have no hesitation in recommending Altman Smith for your accounting needs.
The office is extremely disorganised with paperwork scattered on the floor. Graffiti on the property. Refusal to meet clients even though covid restrictions were lifted months ago. Client toilets are disgusting.
This firm is so in the past. The firm needs to get into the 21st century! The service I got was so bad. Paperwork was lost and they were very slow to respond to end of year deadlines. I had to tell the old man zahur what the procedures were and I'm not a accountant.
accountants were recommended but unfortunately they did not deliver on service they promised. Accounts were messed up with silly mistakes. VAT bill was full of mistakes also. No idea on service they promise to deliver. Went somewhere else.
