I recently took my Samsung A32 to the shop as the on/off button wasn't working. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a new button, which he then fitted a few days later when it arrived. My phone is now working perfectly. Alex was really professional and friendly. Great service, would strongly recommend!

Good service and great value. Dropped (samsung) phone in for a battery replacement. The repair was done in house within an hour. Very friendly customer service. The only reason I'm 4 stars and not 5 is that the phone was not programmed for the new battery. I will say now that they invited me back free of charge to complete the reset. They also gave me instructions and the necessary information as to how to perform the reset myself which was easier to do than take the 5 minute walk back. Phone now has a new lease of life and reporting a healthy battery. I would certainly use this company again as they were great to deal with.

Called in today as Ive been having a problem with my iPhone battery, it had been rebooting itself frequently. The fault was found very quickly within 45mins and we were on our way, amazing service and always very helpful. Definitely consider seeing iDoctor before spending hundreds for new devices :D ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My eldest snapped her lightening charger in her tablet and they managed to get it out and check it over free of charge. There honestly, friendliness and generosity is 10/10 and I would go no where else with a damaged device. I highly recommend the anyone.

Called in today because my iPhone wasn’t charging properly. 5mins later after giving the charging point a good clean (and speakers) it’s working perfectly. Good to have a place so local to help with tech stuff. Cheers
