The place is beautiful inside and you can tell plenty of thought has gone into making this a calm and relaxing retreat. James is brilliant and his attention to detail is second to none. Obviously I was anxious on my first visit, but James explained everything and clearly has a passion for his work. I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged again. So many treatments to choose from, I honestly could be there all day if I had the chance. 😁

I’d had a stiff neck/upper back for about six weeks, so booked in for a deep muscle massage with James. Immediately afterwards, the pain had gone and it hasn’t been back since (it’s been three weeks now). Will definitely be back when it inevitably stiffens up again!

This place is incredible. I used to go monthly for treatments and they sorted my skin out. Amazing service. I’ve moved away from Sheffield so I can’t go as much as I used too. 10/10 would strongly recommend.

This was my first visit to Spirit of Man. I was impressed by the warm welcome, the presentation and cleanliness of the studio, and the high quality facilities. I had a Silver Mini Spa treatment and a manicure. Ryan was excellent. He was professional, respectful, and very competent. I was delighted by it all and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
