Sheffield Cash 4 Cars

Sold my Mercedes to cash 4 cars a few days ago. They gave me a very good price, much higher than all other competitors within the car buying service. I would like to point out the excellent service and time frame with which they dealt with my car. Couldn’t say one negative thing about these guys, lovely set of people and no faffing about.

On the website I received a valuation of £1550 for my car. I called and arranged an appointment for 1:00 PM on Saturday to sell the car. When I arrived, I was told that there was no one available to assess the car and that I should come back at 3:00 PM — so I did. Of course, the same guy who had sent me home and told me to come later was the one who came to evaluate the car. He said that apparently the MOT from 5 years ago mentioned the engine noise, but since then the car has always passed the MOT, so for me that wasn’t an argument at all. Then he told me to go to other dealers and ask for a price, and that once I found out how much the car was worth, they would definitely beat that offer. This must be some kind of joke. I do not recommend them, and I have no idea who wrote all those positive reviews.
