Appointments always given as seen fit by clinical team which is much better than my previous GP Surgery where receptionists given appointments out as first come first served, as this ensures we are seen when necessary. I registered my daughter from birth at this surgery and have had nothing but pleasant experiences; at her 6 week check we were referred to the children’s hospital as a cautious decision and again a few months later when talking about her weight and each time we have been met with constant communication from the surgery. The nurse practitioner has given vaccinations and each time she is very helpful and calm. The receptionist team are brilliant, always helpful and polite

Today I had an appointment for a flu vaccination. Beauchief Medical Centre had initially messaged me. I then booked an appointment online at the Practice. The professional manner of the receptionist engendered a sense of confidence. The Health Professional I saw today asked questions about my general health before explaining the procedure and what to expect. She was thorough, knowledgeable and confident. As I left she asked me what I planned doing today, which in a subtle way, was a little reminder to take things a little more slowly after having the vaccination. I appreciated the care I received.

I rang the surgery this morning and was sent a form to complete. A couple of hours later the GP rang, and after a discussion, we agreed on a course of treatment, with the proviso that I would make an appointment if the problem didn't resolve itself within a week. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of the surgery and staff.

The doctor I saw today was very helpful. She took time asking me questions, explaining things, offering solutions and options. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very attentive!

Gave me the wrong test results, missed doing a PSA test that they said they would do and then didn't tell me when they cancelled the appointment. The worse was that after changing practices there was no communication, request for feedback or any want of improvement in their service.
