I was registered with this GP for more than 10 years. It was ok. But recently things changed. Before when my child was poorly we could get an appointment with a doctor, now we can't, only with nurse. My child was poorly, temperature about 40, sore throat with white spots on it. I contacted GP, the nurse rung back later, but she didn't want to give us an appointment, but I insisted. When we came, she said: I don't have any concerns. The next day I used 111 and my child was prescribed antibiotics, when we visited hospital GP. If there are not enough doctors, then something needs to be done about it.
