I've been with this practice for nine years. Like all GPs, it can be difficult to get same day appointments, but I like the way I can submit a GP request online using Anima, to save waiting in a phone queue for ages. Staff are lovely, without exception. I always get a thorough annual review for my long term health conditions. When I have an appointment, I'm rarely kept waiting too long. I'd recommend this surgery, especially to anyone happy to use online systems rather than phoning.

Unable to get an appointment for same day, Anima System is clunky and is just the same as the 8am phone rush. Given a Saturday Appointment at Darnall!! I declined this, never see same GP and the one I saw today was clearly overworked and wanting to get through the surgery, so no niceties what so ever. Reception staff are stressed and fighting fire. I now have to go private if I want more advice. The NHS is totally broken, was a very good surgery years ago but since Covid it has gone from bad to worse.

Last October couldnt get an appointment I was ill went to chemist got antibiotics have not seen a doctor for over a year had the same problem last week got antibiotics from the chemist finished antibiotics now I can have an appointment 2 weeks on Tuesday need a sick note still not feeling well but who cares

There is not taking any responsibility and always when you want make appointment All the time ignoring And when want booking there is online booking have to fill the anima tell all your problems And after all this saying we will send you request Waiting 2 3 days never come through Waiting for call back never come through I been ignoring me too much only reason I am in bad health now

Just waited over 19 minutes at about 2pm without being answered. Apparently I was 'caller no 1 in the queue' all along. My prescription (same now for years) isn't 'registered' on the nhs app and on this surgery's own repeat prescription service it was last issued on 23rd April but hasn't been 'processed' yet and so another request cannot be made. This kind of muddle is always happening; which would be forgivable if someone answered the phone and sorted it out. Causes a lot of anxiety.
