I have just been to the Mathews Practice at Belgrave Medical Centre to have a minor -op. I just want to thank Doctor Chetty and his nurse who attented my op for all their help during my minor op. They both was very considerate and reassuring and made me feel at ease. Thank you to you both. Marie Rodgers.
Can never get to see a doctor. Always over phone. I have very bad legs and another infection. Doctor was very rude over the phone. I can’t get a good signal. And the doctor was complaining about it. And refused to give me a different medication for my depression. Not very impressed. I have placed a complaint. Don’t help unwell patients. And I don’t get appointments to miss. And you can check the evidence!!!
The new receptionist is wonderful lady. She is so helpful and caring. All the doctors very nice as well . Best gp
I have had some negative experiences here in the past but the new receptionist is wonderful, very polite and doctor Greenwood have been fantastic.
very silly service like i have appointment on 11.30 my turns came at 11:58 too late many people came after me but they done their appointment before me veryyy silly service
