This was the first property we sold and were In the dark. We had 3 companies visit us for valuations. Bianca Johnson made us feel very calm and explained the whole situation to us. We immediately agreed to go ahead with her valualtion. We took the relevant paperwork into the office and were seen by Paige Manson. She breezed through the whole process marking it easy for, us to understand. We were kept up to date with viewings and feedback . The property was sold in no time above the asking price! We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and patience . What a great team you have at Gleadless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good estate agent.
Cannot recommend these enough. Bianca was really informative and helpful, we already had a house in mind so needed to sell ours quickly, thanks to the team it was sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. We are being updated regularly and they’re always happy to help if we have any questions etc.
Really great experience with these guys. Our valuer, Bianca Johnson, first came round about 6 months before we actually put the house on the market. She was really helpful, not too pushy and very honest - so when we decided we were ready to move, we went back to her!
