For five years, they expertly managed my property while I was a landlord, always ensuring the tenants were well-cared for and rent was paid on time. When I decided to sell they were also impressive. A local firm providing a truly personal touch unlike with bigger companies. They were fantastic at handling all the viewings. SK Estate Agents were incredible with their handling of our sale, from getting our house onto the market (including their amazing 360 tool to explore the inside of the house, which also helped us plan for the house we were buying which was also through SK Estate Agents) right through to the very end of completion. Steven kept in regular contact throughout the offer and acceptance process, and Sarah was phenomenal in chasing up all parties and their solicitors to make sure all transactions in the the chain were kept on track and waiting time was kept to a minimum.
