Excellent service, would highly recommend. Engine light came back on after Halfords (my mistake choosing to go there) had tried and failed. N D Auto repairs had a look and sorted the issue without charge.
Absolutely rubbish! I'd give this garage ZERO stars if I could, as its absolutely RUBBISH! I took my car to ND Auto repairs Ltd in Millhouses Sheffield after calling ahead and being assured they could fix the problem. When I arrived, the mechanic had a quick look and said he’d have to speak to his boss. Fair enough, I thought—until I never heard back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the following week to chase it up, only to be told I’d receive a call back. Surprise, surprise—nothing. No call, no update, absolutely no communication from them whatsoever. It’s clear this garage has zero customer service skills and no respect for people’s time. If they couldn’t fix the issue, they should have just been honest instead of leading me on and completely ignoring me. Absolutely rubbish, ignorant, and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
One of best, if not the best most friendly. And helpful garages in Sheffield. Not only is the service and communication great. Sent me partner there for her MOT after having many positive interactions with Nathan and the team. She said she felt welcomed and informed and was treated fairly as any other customer. Great service Would highly recommend
I've got cerebral palsy and they have always looked after me I work near by and they kindly give me a lift back to work when I drop car off and then drop me my car off back at work once repairs are done, other month my suspension collapsed and the AA took it round on my behalf. I was told it would take three days but when the lads found out it was me and how badly I need a car to get around they did it same day I can't thank them enough as my car is my legs
Very professional service and you can tell they take pride in their work. Managed to sort 2 front track rod ends on the Evo without any fuss and the quote was more than fair. 10/10.
