This was my first salon experience and I still can’t get over how perfect it went. Serena and her team made sure I felt safe but also seen in that moment. I had an idea of what I wanted but they really helped my vision come to life! I laughed throughout my whole appointment and felt comfortable. I was offered drinks throughout and they listened to me. The outcome EXCEEDED my expectations. I feel like a new woman and it’s all thanks to Serena and her team. I cannot recommend them enough - thanks again guys!

I trust no one else with my hair, everyone here is so brilliant at what they do and provide the best vibes while doing it. I've never not gotten what I need service wise or vibe wise, if I need a quiet chill appointment they listen and if I want a good chat I get that. I have been coming here since they opened, and have since relocated to London and still make the trip up because they're just so amazing! I couldn't recommend them enough 🩷

Had my hair dyed by Amy today, got the exact colour I wanted and very happy with my first experience with colouring my hair. The salon was very nice and all the staff were very welcoming. Glad I came to Serena Giscombe and co, will definitely go back whenever needed.

Serena & Cassandra get it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
