She’s so good at what she does, very accommodating couldn’t believe I can find myself an hairstylist who can braid my hair so well, I came all the way from Liverpool to Sheffield and this was my second time of visiting her shop and o must say confidently that she so good, calm and her customer services are 100%

Do not go here, I arrived for a 4pm appointment she claimed she had family issues and was on the phone (very unprofessional to bring home life to work) the majority of the time I was sat while she disappeared on and off and she didn’t finish my hair until nearly midnight. She made me miss my last train and I had to fork out my money to get an uber I don’t live in the area and it was expensive she was not friendly at all very rude and didn’t do my hair right I am now taking it out and going to someone that will do a proper and better job because my hair is now a mess she also kept the leftover packets of hair I had. I’ve also had braids fall out and it’s not even been 24hours disgraceful behaviour I have never encountered such nonsense. I asked for a refund and she refused if she couldn’t do the hair right she should’ve refused to do it instead of me travelling two hours to her salon just to waste my time and money very money hungry hairdresser DO NOT GO
