I was given an appointment at 4:30pm Today. I went few minutes earlier. The door was locked and business closed. I Called and a guy told me that someone will be there shortly so wait. I waited till 4:30pm and then another 15 minutes, upon calling again nobody even answered the phone, I sent text that I’m outside but no reply. I waited 15 minutes past the booking time and then left. If they treat you like this then I can only imagine how their services will be like. Very unprofessional and waste of time really.
