Where is the minus stars, if your thinking of having a parcel sent ere avoid at all costs, I've been having parcels sent back to sender as they can't be bothered to scan parcels in when they receive them and in turn you don't receive any notification it's arrived. Absolute jokers. They don't give a shit neither, AVOID this place at all costs and I won't be filling my car up there again too.

Sent off a few yodel parcels here, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO DO SO IN FUTURE. One of them I took on the first time and was told the machine wasn’t working (without the staff even checking it to know that), came back the next day and was told the exact same thing, I then came back a few hours later and was told the exact same thing by another staff member, so I obviously complained because it was getting ridiculous at that point as I said I’d been numerous times at this point, he said he’ll check if the machines working, had an arsey attitude with me and shoved the machine in my face grabbing my phone to scan the code, it then magically started working and he was able to print out the label, that parcel was sent off with no issue after that. I then took another separate parcel on the 17th for Vinted, had no issues at first other than the usual attitude they gave when I asked to post off my parcel a few days had passed but then had the member message me on Vinted saying that the tracking hadn’t updated and asked me to check on it, I contacted yodel and they said they’d escalated it and I’d hear back in 24h (they never got back to me), once I got back of holiday I visited the petrol station today to go and check on it and the staff member couldn’t even understand what I was saying and seemed to find it amusing as he kept smiling and laughing, I asked whether they’d had any parcel sat around waiting to be collected he said no and told me to contact Yodel, the problem is it appears on the tracking that Yodel never even scanned in or collected the parcel at any point so by reasonable deduction you’d presume that someone at the petrol station has either taken or misplaced the parcel (intentionally or unintentionally) what’s amusing is that as I was talking to the staff member another man came in and was asking about a similar issue and was also complaining about them not scanning in parcels and parcels going missing, the staff member couldn’t offer any help to him either. I also mentioned it to my partner and she said that someone else she knows had the exact same issue and had a few parcels not get collected by Yodel, and when she went back days later they were all just sat on the floor. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the staff members are purposely being incompetent in order to steal peoples parcels, seems rather convenient that other people who’ve added reviews have had the exact same issue occur, I wouldn’t bother taking Yodel parcels here in future, if you can there’s another Yodel drop off on ridgeway road which I’d highly recommend.

Very rude staff, same guy always in there. I took my parcel in for delivery he pushed it to one side, knocked someone’s else’s parcel onto the floor it went with a right bang. Shoved the scanner to me so I could input my email address. I offered to stick the address on but he said ‘I do’. I doubt my parcel is going to reach the required location. I’ve turned off yodel as my delivery of choice so I don’t have to encounter them again.

I hate going here especially if I am dropping parcels off. They just can't be bothered to do any work and it's like like your an inconvenience to them. First time I thought the bloke could be having a bad day, second time the printer didn't work so I thought I would print the labels at home maybe it would be less hassle but no I still got the your bothering me attitude, then again I have just been and the attitude was even worse. I'm just going to give up and go somewhere else

Went there to drop off my two Yodel parcels, to be welcomed by unpleasant staff, who told me to wait as he had other customers waiting in the queue. I did step aside and waited until he served two other people until he finally called me back to the counter and with dismissive attitude sorted my parcels. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated and the fact that I was led to feel not as equal as the other customers. If you can’t be bothered with dealing with parcels, DON’T OFFER THIS SERVICE! Yodel has lost one customer as I won’t be using this service ever again.
