Exceptional service. I approached the male pharmacist with some worrying queries about my condition, and the medication I was prescribed. He was able to ease my concerns and took the time to explain everything about the medications, ensuring I understand how to take them and answering any questions I may have. Their attention to detail and knowledge about different treatments is exceptional and it was all explained in clear manner. Not mentioned their kindness and patience. Even after having to (unfortunately) visit quite often, they always remember my name which makes the experience ever more so personal. Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.

The staff that work there are normally lovely, but the male pharmacist was incredibly rude, and kept asking me, "Don't you understand?!" After each statement. He is unable to take accountability or admit fault, and because of his attitude, I will have to join another pharmacy. Horrid pharmacist, don't bother with them.

Wouldn’t provide OTC medication to a patient in need without valid reason. Terrible patient care from the man in a tracksuit (suitable pharmacy wear) and has a power complex dictating people’s health.

Unprofessional staff went to collect my meds for( chronic illnesses ) items missing for sec time in 4 months told the female Asian lady meds missing she accused me of hiding them searched my shoulder bag without my consent refused to apologise after not finding the missing meds no list of meds was provided to me which made the situation worse manager came backed up his staff n barred me from pharmacy with him still holding the rest of my meds I felt i was treated like some lair or thief 4years I have been with allied pharmacy I never had a prob whatsoever

I called in advance to ensure I can get minor ailments for my child with conjunctivitis. I arrived, filled out the forms, they ask to see my child "oh, she's too young" 🙄
