I went in for an electric toothbrush but they didn't have the one I brought to the counter in stock. The lady was really kind and brought me other options and was very helpful. Also the other lady on the till was doing so well being calm and explained things to a very difficult customer. Great customer service from both staff!

I am so fed up with this store! This is my local boots where I tend to go for my babies essentials and every week there isn’t any on the shelves! This is boots we are taking about and on a regular basis no formula in stock nor the size nappies I need or the brand I do actually want to buy! I ask all the time is there any in the back and the answer is no. Who is doing the stock level here?? The assistant has told me it’s because of shop lifters but how? When there’s none in the back even? They have security on everytime I go aswell so I don’t think that’s the main reason why this store isn’t stocked well enough!!! There’s no shortage on them.

Called in for prescription from out of hours doctors the pharmacy staff are friendly but so slow don't know why it took so long to get my prescription I was very unwell but as to be said other than what seems the usual wait for prescriptions it is a lovely well stocked branch of boots love their offers at Christmas I have a loyalty card and its rewards are probably the best around and the staff are very friendly popped in this afternoon to pick up a prescription sent from the hospital I was very impressed they asked me for my phone number when I rang and they texted me when it was ready really good service after using out of hours doctors I picked up my prescription from boots they have a window you go to and they bring your prescriptions to you I think they are open until midnight the rest of the shop is closed buts it's truely a excellent service boots are really getting ready for Christmas 🎄 really christmasy today

The pharmacy at this store is absolutely atrocious ! I’ve traveled today through woodseats on a 35 minute drive to collect some medication only to be told it is closed due to unforeseen circumstances! It’s not the first time this has happened. You need to employ staff that are available for patients to collect medication that is needed. Hopefully you are not in a situation that YOU need medication and have endure what we have contend with. I shall going elsewhere after tomorrow!

Ordered an Armani Lip Gloss, when it arrived the packaging looked like it had been opened dozens of times and it was squashed out of shape. This was a gift, I'm embarrassed to give it and it wasn't cheap. Poor show Boots, get your act together.
