What an excellent service the chemist on Derbyshire lane do. The staff are,always so friendly. They have introduced me to the contact service where they let me know when my prescription is ready. What a brilliant idea. Thank you to the lady in the chemist that set this up for me. Keep up the amazing work.
Very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Send me a text to say my prescription is ready to collect, never had that kind service from other, larger pharmacies. Not just a place to collect prescriptions, check blood pressure and offered advice on weight loss management.
Excellent staff and a good stock, usually next day service. Cannot fault it.
I went in today to get a prescription , i had my dog with me who was well behaved and stood on the door mat. I was then asked to leave the shop because of my dog. I would like to add that my dog is cleaner than some of the chemists customers . Im not a happy at all as the assistant didnt ask me to leave but it was the chemist herself .
Been using these for 3 years. Always have good stocks, friendly and quick service, unlike the cowboys at Boots, Lloyd's and Lo's
