I'm very happy with my experience of Lo's vaccination programme. For once, I was able to have my flu and Covid jabs in the same location and at the same time. The pharmacist I saw was lovely and explained everything clearly. I've not had any of the usual side effects, either. Brilliant 😊
I had a very positive experience when I visited Lo's Pharmacy yesterday for my flu vaccination. I was seen at the time of my appointment, and the pharmacist who gave me the injection was most helpful and informative. I felt relaxed throughout the appointment and have not had any side effects. I have a long term medical condition & I'd been involved with a previous pharmacy for prescriptions for 30yrs+ but after a lot of problems with dispensing the prescriptions (I assume to a change in management) I changed to Lo's Pharmacy. I've been going there for about 4yrs. The staff are always very helpful & efficient. I've only had 1 problem & it was resolved immediately with no detriment to my health.
Quick and friendly service for flu jab today. Staff member performing the service did an excellent pain free injection, so happy to continue booking my future flu vaccinations at this branch
