The staff at UK Pharmacy have been supporting my elderly parents for some time now. Unfortunately my dad is having an extended stay in hospital and my mum is being supported by a carer. I’m managing all this remotely as I live 10 miles north of York. They have given me amazing support when I’ve been unable to be in Sheffield. Mum is going to stay in a residential care home from Monday and it was no trouble at all for them to change the delivery of her repeat prescription to get it to her in her new location. I cannot praise the quality of their customer service highly enough. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them. Outstanding!

Incredibly understanding, accommodating service every single time. We have been so let down by certain healthcare services and this pharmacy has been the sole mitigator, coming to our rescue many times. thank you so much for your kindness, patience and flexibility. You're doing a great job of respecting the vulnerability of patients on medications and go above and beyond honouring your responsibility in delivering an excellent level of care.

Being a Professional and busy mother of 2 young boys, I find it difficult to get to a pharmacy to get my medicines and those for my little ones. UK Pharmacy ltd have taken all of the stress from me and allowed me to carry on with my normal day to day life without the worry of having to sort my medicines myself. A special thank you to the owner Nauman who goes over and above to ensure his customers are happy. Very pleased with the service they provide, thank you!

Fantastic service that I can't rate highly enough, they are always contactable by text and reply promptly which is so convenient. My mum has been having her nomads and additional medication delivered for some time now and we haven't had a single issue with this pharmacy. Highly recommended.
