Majid was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything clearly about the new boiler and answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. His work was very neat and professional, and all mess was cleaned and cleared before he left. There was a small accident in the house on my part while he was working, and he immediately paused to help, reassure me, and make sure everything was sorted. He even followed up a few days later to check I was okay. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.

Outstanding emergency service above and beyond on a Sunday! I had a sudden and serious leak early on a Sunday morning, water was coming through the ceiling, and I was completely overwhelmed. Used Mo last year to do a what I thought was a simple job but had been ignoring. He came, detected an issue that could have had catastrophic circumstances, and ofcourse fixed the problem. This time around I noticed an issue with my heating. Mo told me my heating system could do with cleaning. I left him to do his work, he did what he needed to profesionally. Could not tell if any work had been done with how clean he left everything. And ofcourse... my heating was working with full heat now! Cant emphasise enough, an extremely professional and sound individual. Knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend.
