The staff are extremely friendly and patient. Prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent.
Very friendly and helpful Indian people (staff) work here. They all speak good English, so it's very easy to understand what they are saying. The post office has all the necessary postal things you would expect to find in a post office, it also has a small general accessories store where you can purchase food, drinks (alcoholic and none alcoholic), small toys, celebrations cards, gift cards, The store has PAY POINT, so you can pay all your bills here and deposit or withdraw cash from your bank account.

Newfield green is a deprived and run down part of gleadless (not that the jobless complain). Its home to many gangs and the cut price/ on offer booze goes down pretty well. Mums/ aunties and alike after dropping kids off at school all congregate on newfield outside a sandwich shop with a 1 rating and this post office for a good few hours before realising they have wasted half the day and not got enough time to do owt else apart from stay a bit longer then pick the kids up from school. There is a really good hardware shop and co op on newfield dont let the chavs put you off.
